How to Order Your Custom Scrapbook Photo Album                 

We will need your name, shipping address, daytime and evening telephone numbers  

email address.  Please include this information in your correspondence to us.

• Send us an email letting us know what you would like to order. We can start working on it, even before your pictures arrive.

• Choose an album size, a theme if desired, and consider your "vision" for the album.

• Choose the photos you would like to have in your album. We can work with all different size photos, as we can scan them to make them smaller or larger. Please make sure you have copies of them, or if you do not, let us know so that we can take great care with them, as of course we will with all of your photos. In this process, we cut or trim some pictures, and add embellishments to them. If you do not want this done, there is a place on the sales contract to note your wishes. You can specify if you want certain pictures not cut by separating them in an envelope marked "Do not cut".

• If you can take a few moments and put down your thoughts about the pictures and any journaling you would like to include. We can leave journal space in the album for you to write it yourself (an acid-free archival safe pen comes with your shipment), or we can computer-generate the notes you have. We will contact you about any journaling notes we think are nice for the album so that you can decide what is written in your book. 

• We will call you to discuss your "style" and what you envision for this project. Our desire is to design it especially for the recipient of the album, not just in "our style".

• Print out a copy of the Sales Agreement (see link below), fill it out and sign it. We will email or mail back a copy to you with our signature.

• Send the pictures along with your notes, sales agreement, and payment, preferably via certified mail or UPS to to the address we designate when placing your order. As soon as we receive your package, we will contact you to let you know that we are starting the album! We will call you for a telephone interview so that we can communicate any questions to you and vice versa. At this point we will let you know about a delivery time, based on our production schedule.
